Djokovic’s legendary Wimbledon moments in his career

As Novak Djokovic graced the iconic Wimbledon courts, he took a delightful pause to share some precious moments with his son, Stefan, creating heartwarming scenes that transcended the intensity of the tennis championship. The joyous occasion unfolded as Stefan, who is set to turn four on October 22, showcased budding tennis skills during a playful session on the court. Demonstrating an impressive forehand, Stefan delighted his father by successfully sending the ball over the net not once, but twice.

This family interlude comes on the heels of last year’s addition to the Djokovic clan, as Novak and his wife, Jelena, welcomed their daughter, Tara, in September. Amidst the Wimbledon action, the Djokovic family also marked another milestone, celebrating the fourth anniversary of Novak and Jelena’s marriage on Tuesday, July 10.

In a post-match press conference following his victory over Karen Khachanov, Djokovic provided insights into his mindset approaching Wimbledon this year. Acknowledging the unique challenges of the past 12 months, including injury and surgery, Djokovic expressed a sense of satisfaction with the recent trajectory of his tennis performance.

“While I’m approaching Roland Garros and Wimbledon this year, it’s quite different from any other year because of circumstances that I was in in the last 12 months, the injury, the surgery, so forth,” Djokovic explained. Despite these challenges, he conveyed optimism about the current state of his game, noting that the level of tennis in the past month and a half has aligned closely with his expectations.

What time will Novak Djokovic play at Wimbledon today?

Reflecting on his historical performance at Roland Garros, Djokovic acknowledged the elusive nature of victory on that particular Grand Slam stage.
