The US government is said to store alien spaceship debris in a large, carefully guarded warehouse near Las Vegas.

According to Daily Star, the Pentagon opened a top secret investigation program on flying saucers (AATIP) for 4 years, since 2008.

The research program with a budget of $21 million was revealed last year. Most recently,the American newspaper revealed that the government has cooperated with private aerospace company Bigelow to use this company’s 200,000 square meter land north of Las Vegas.

This area is closely guarded by barbed wire fences, concrete and guards armed with heavy weapons. Conspiracy theory supporters believe that this is where the US military stores “alien spaceship debris”.

Under the direction of founder Bigelow, the company opened secret warehouses to store metal blocks that the US military collected when researching mysterious phenomena, according to the New York Times.

The US government said the AATIP program was terminated five years ago. But Luis Elizondo, who worked on the program, said the project continued until October of last year.

Elizondo said the stored objects are not alloys but a form of “metamaterial” with a structure never before seen on Earth. “We do not believe that humans can currently manufacture metamaterials with such high precision and technique.”

When asked if the debris came from Australia, Elizondo refused to provide further details.

Elizondo, whose identity was confirmed by American media, said there are cases of UFO encounters that the US military still cannot explain. “There are things that are not planes, not drones, not rockets because they fly in the sky in an unusual way.”

Elizondo referred to a video released last year, showing US aircraft chasing UFOs near the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Nimitz in 2004 off the Pacific coast.

Two experienced American pilots said they saw the object at an altitude of 24,000m and then suddenly disappeared, reappearing at an altitude of 6,000m.

American researchers at that time were determined to capture UFOs, because that could be the key for humans to build airplanes at incredible speeds.

“We believe it is an unprecedented form of technology that can break the rules of physics as we know it today.”

In fact, the US government’s UFO research project is considered a failure and spent a lot of money in vain.
